My client is a China based electrical equipment manufacturer specializing in composite external insulation products used across the power grid. They focus on new material technology and solving high-value products in power industry. They are growing their business in the US.

Job Description

  • Drive new business in the US.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance and goal achievement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence in Miami.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of client projects and services.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively.
  • Understanding of market trends and ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools.
