Director of Sales

• Manage a team of sales representatives daily, both inside, outside and pricing, improving processes, providing feedback, and creating new opportunities
• Research and implement new soft wares and other tools to help your team succeed, including CRM, outreach tools and more
• Maintain communications with leadership
• Utilize past experience to create new relationships in the industry
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals
• Utilize budget guidelines to build sales and meet profitability goals
• Work cross functionally with multiple teams to make sure everyone is connected and aligned with company goals
