My client is a sub 150 employee global DevOps scale up, specifically in mobile application security working with some of the top middle market and enterprise companies globally.

Job Description

  • Lead a high growth US sales team
  • Interview, hire, onboard, train and manage your sales reps including Account Executives, Account Managers, and Sales Development Representatives
  • Set key performance indicators and sales goals to assess both team and individual performance and success
  • Develop and adapt quota's, territories, verticals and overall GTM plan
  • Utilize sales training methodologies to drive processes and upskill your team
  • Coach, mentor and train your team with a hands on approach
  • Achieve and exceed agreed upon team KPI's and revenue goals
  • Act as a liaison and advocate for the customer and the company

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors degree is required
  • 5-8+ years of sales leadership experience within SaaS
  • Experience in DevOps / selling into software engineering teams is a must have
  • Experience leading a strategic mid market or enterprise sales organization
  • Hands on experience (and willingness) to directly manage a team
  • Background as a successful sales individual contributor prior to management
  • Track record of successfully driving a sales team and exceeding quota
  • Strong business acumen, planning, and forecasting
  • Experience in a scale up or hyper growth organization
