Job Description



  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain and operations strategy aligned with organizational goals.
    • Identify opportunities for innovation, cost savings, and process improvements.
    • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.


  • Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, including procurement, production planning, logistics, and distribution.
    • Ensure efficient use of resources, maintaining optimal inventory levels and reducing waste.
    • Establish and enforce key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and drive continuous improvement.


  • Supply Chain Management:
    • Design and implement supply chain systems that ensure efficient sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery.
    • Build strong supplier and vendor relationships, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring compliance with quality and delivery standards.
    • Lead risk management initiatives to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.


  • Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply chain and operations team.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the department.
    • Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for team members.


  • Financial Oversight:
    • Manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.
    • Conduct financial analysis and reporting for supply chain and operational activities.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to support business objectives.
    • Facilitate seamless communication between teams to ensure alignment on operational priorities.

The Successful Applicant



  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Master's degree or MBA preferred.


  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain and operations management.
    • Proven experience in a director-level role, with a successful track record of driving organizational transformation.
