Description

• Facilitate Business Unit S&OP processes for business unit or entire site, provide direction to demand, supply, NPI, financial integration steps
• Lead effort and provide directions on achieving high material availability while minimizing raw materials inventory level
• Manage planning of all new product launches and planning of product transfers to/from other manufacturing sites
• Establish vision, strategy, and metrics for Planning, Purchasing, and Material Handling Departments
• Develop process to monitor and prioritize lots throughout the supply chain, coordinating efforts to prioritize production and supply chain activities
• Create and achieve Purchase Price Variance, Cost Improvement Project goals
• Manage warehouses and stores areas in multiple manufacturing/packaging locations
• Manage direct and indirect materials for manufacturing activities, as well as materials for packaging/labeling activities.
• Monitors processes for opportunities to improve safety and efficiency
• Continuously improve cycle-counting processes that ensure inventory accuracy and are in accordance to corporate requirements
