-Re-engineer the business processes to improve efficiency's
-Create an employee satisfaction assessment
-Be able to manage annual benefits as well as create a total rewards strategy
-Conduct annual reviews with benefit brokers
-Develop and implement solutions for compensation
-Manage leave of absence administration
-Lead special projects as well as initiatives in total rewards
-Create a compensation philosophy
-Create "job families"
-Create a wellness strategy for all employees and implement a feedback system
-Create an HRIS system and record retention

The Successful Applicant
-Background in law or non-profit is preferred
-Minimum of 7 years in a management role
-A mission focused personality
-Advanced knowledge of HR policies and principals
-Demonstrate experience to use metrics to measure performance ability
-Strong leadership skills
-Capacity to communicate with upper management and take critique when needed to better the department
-Organized and skilled at handling many different projects at a time
