Director/VP of Operations

About Our Client
Established but quickly growing nonprofit
* Experience leading facility Operations and all of the minutia that is entailed
* Establishing KPIs and improving efficiencies of field support operations
* Project Management/Safety experience a huge plus
* Working with vendors and negotiating contracts
* Driving continuous process improvement and the success of staff in the short and long term
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate could come from a number of different backgrounds, but he/she should be a growth oriented and leader of people, ideally from Construction/Property/Manufacturing/Nonprofit. Candidates that have experience managing facilities and working with vendors would be the best fit.
