  • Ensure compliance with site safety programs and OSHA to ensure a safe work environment
  • Leading and developing a team of front-line workers and hourly associates
  • Act as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance and consistency and taking corrective action when needed
  • Mentor, train and develop teammates for career progression, performance improvement and recognition
  • Identify process improvement initiatives using Lean tools to exceed customer demands
  • Evaluate performance objectives and metrics to determine inbound or outbound productivity requirements
  • Manage inventory control standards to prevent inventory shrinkage's and provide for the reconciliation of inventory discrepancies

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Understand the importance of a 24/7 operation.
  • Direct experience in managing front-line supervisors
  • Experience of leading a cold chain operation
