Job Description
- Serve as project and process assistant for the Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to support optimal workflow, prioritization and accountability
- Support DEI Director on coordination of prep materials for internal and external meetings
- Maintain annual master calendar to map all DEI activities, milestones and deliverables
- Work closely with DEI Director to create and drive the DEI Committee agendas and take meeting minutes, with follow-up action items
- Ensure effective project management to ensure the priorities are understood and aligned to the DEI Director's vision
- Serve as a dependable support for the DEI Director by assisting and juggling various projects with high responsiveness
- Other duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- 2-3 years supporting DEI initiatives or HR function preferred
- The ability to perform effectively as part of a team or independently
- The ability to see all aspects of a project through to completion, sometimes under time- sensitive conditions, and while maintaining quality of the highest level
- The ability to exercise discretion with confidential and sensitive information
- Strong organizational and effective time management abilities
- Demonstrated proficiency and savvy with technology, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills for analysis and reporting purposes,
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
