With a collaborative and professional environment, the firm fosters an atmosphere where both legal and administrative professionals can thrive and advance their careers.Job DescriptionAs an E-Billing Analyst, you will play a vital role in managing the e-billing process and providing essential support to attorneys, billing coordinators, and clients. Key responsibilities include:E-Billing Management: Oversee all aspects of e-billing for assigned vendors, including submitting invoices through the e-billing hub, updating progress, and maintaining detailed records in the e-billing tracker.Vendor Coordination: Submit timekeeper information, budgets, and accruals to vendor websites as needed, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.Issue Resolution: Monitor e-billing systems for rejections and new invoices, promptly addressing and resolving aged, reduced, appealed, or rejected invoices within client-specific timeframes.Client Support: Serve as a point of contact for billing coordinators, attorneys, secretaries, and clients, answering e-billing-related questions and providing troubleshooting assistance.Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and managers to address and resolve any e-billing issues or concerns, ensuring a smooth workflow.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The successful candidate will possess:Experience: 3-5 years of legal billing experience is preferred, with familiarity in using e-vendor websites.Education: A college degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.Skills: Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills, with a proactive and professional attitude in a team environment.
