Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior partner, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage and prioritize high-level communications, ensuring timely responses and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain and update records, documents, and files with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Handle expense reports and budgeting tasks as required.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between senior partners and clients or internal teams.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by senior partners.
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism in all interactions and communications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous Legal experience is a plus
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Ability to go onsite 4 days a week
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive matters.
  • Experience in providing executive-level support within the professional services industry.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
