The focus in the electrical manufacturing space has grown the organization to over 400 employees and will continue to build their book of business.Job DescriptionThe Process Engineer will be responsible for:Participate in DFM analysis for new productsDesign and plan equipment layoutEvaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulationsProvide technical support for PCBA manufacturing processesConducting research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturingReview process documentation for accuracy and efficiencyEvaluate operator skill and suggest additional training if necessaryParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
