Job Description



  • E-Commerce Strategy & Growth:
    Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and visibility on Amazon, retailer platforms (Walmart, Target), and Shopify DTC store.


  • Product Listings & Content Optimization:
    Optimize product listings for SEO, images, pricing, and content across all platforms.


  • Digital Marketing & Advertising:
    Manage advertising campaigns on Amazon Ads, retailer sites, and Shopify to boost traffic and sales.


  • Performance Analytics:
    Monitor key metrics (traffic, conversion rates, sales) and use data insights to optimize strategies.


  • Customer Experience & Reputation:
    Ensure a seamless shopping experience and manage customer feedback and reviews.


  • Inventory & Fulfillment Management:
    Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.


  • Retailer Relationships:
    Maintain strong relationships with Amazon, retailer support teams, and leverage insights to optimize performance.


  • Market Trends & Competitor Analysis:
    Analyze competitors, market trends, and adapt strategies to stay competitive on all platforms.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) managing e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, Shopify, and retailer.com.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Shopify (and other DTC platforms) best practices.
  • Experience with digital advertising strategies, including Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Shopify marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and Amazon Analytics.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and supply chain teams.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to optimize performance based on insights.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.



Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CPG food products in e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, FBA, and drop-shipping.
  • Familiarity with other retailer platforms such as Walmart Marketplace, Target Plus, etc.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
