Job Description

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in the professional services industry.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements.
  • Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional legal matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to support client business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in ECVC or related corporate work
  • Strong background in venture financings, governance, and emerging‑tech regulatory issues.
  • Admittance to a state bar and in good standing.
  • Proven expertise in the professional services industry, especially in legal matters.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
