EHS Manager - Manufacturing - Merrimac, MA

• Lead and continuously improve site-wide health, safety, environmental, and security programs in alignment with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Develop, implement, and actively manage proactive safety programs across all facilities to reduce risk and prevent incidents.
• Oversee environmental compliance programs, including wastewater, solid waste, hazardous and universal waste, used oil, and stormwater management.
• Partner with operations and leadership to educate, train, and support teams in the consistent execution of safety management systems.
• Collaborate with risk management and operations to analyze trends, identify gaps, and drive improvements in tools, training, and processes.
• Direct incident and accident investigation processes, track performance metrics, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve safety outcomes.
