Job Description



The EHS specialist (manufacturing), will sit on a team of 3, supporting internal safety programs, risk assessment, training and development and other responsibilities. Additional Responsibilities Include

  • Advise, coach, and mentor site leadership and employees on EHS matters
  • Provide education and training to improve EHS deliverables and continuous improvement
  • Manage incident investigations, audits, inspections, and EHS communications
  • Assist with EHS standards, regulations, procedures, and initiatives
  • Analyze EHS data, manage records, and support corrective actions and audits
  • Facilitate training, maintain EHS files, and support workers' compensation and return-to-work processes

The Successful Applicant

The Ieal EHS Specialist (Manufacturing) Has the Following Skillset:

  • 2-5 years of EHS Experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting
  • Fully rounded experience in both health and safety
  • Soft skills: self-driven, hardworking, confident, ability to communicate well
  • Willingness and desire to grow
  • Must be local to Nashua, NH
