Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day electrical engineering support to production, maintenance, and technical teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues on plant electrical systems, drives, and controls to minimize downtime.
  • Lead projects from concept and scope development through design, installation, commissioning, and handover.
  • Develop technical specifications, review vendor proposals, and coordinate contractors.
  • Ensure all project work complies with safety, regulatory, and internal standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives targeting equipment reliability and process performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of electrical engineering experience or two relevant engineering internships.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or heavy-process environment strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of industrial electrical power, motor controls, and automation fundamentals.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining a strong safety focus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional plant teams.
