Job Description

  • Deliver electrical engineering support across a high‑volume industrial operation to strengthen equipment reliability and overall system performance.
  • Partner closely with production, maintenance, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and implement durable solutions.
  • Manage engineering projects through every stage, from initial concept and scoping to installation, start‑up, and final closeout.
  • Lead technical planning for upgrades and improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, and long‑term operational stability.
  • Coordinate design activities, vendor collaboration, and on‑site execution to ensure high‑quality project delivery.
  • Build and maintain project schedules, keeping timelines on track and communicating progress clearly to stakeholders.
  • Monitor project spending and maintain financial accuracy across all assigned initiatives.
  • Support a culture of operational discipline by maintaining documentation, reinforcing safety practices, and ensuring compliance in all engineering activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related engineering discipline, depending on your preference for this posting).
  • Experience working with electrical or electromechanical systems in a manufacturing, industrial, or production‑focused environment.
  • Ability to manage technical projects from early planning through installation and completion, with strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Solid troubleshooting abilities and a practical approach to resolving equipment or system issues collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams.
  • Familiarity with safety practices, technical documentation, and vendor or contractor oversight in an industrial setting.
  • Strong communication skills with the capability to partner across departments and explain technical concepts clearly.
  • A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and support continuous improvement efforts.
