Job Description

Lead and coordinate electrical engineering projects and team activities.
Assign priorities and resources for control system design and PLC programming.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as OSHA, NFPA, and NEC.
Oversee design of power generation, transmission, and utilization systems.
Drive team growth, mentoring, and professional development.
Travel to client sites as required (<20%).

The Successful Applicant

B.S. in an Engineering Discipline with experience in the Electrical Space
Minimum 8 years of industrial experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred: Experience with Rockwell AB and Siemens PLC platforms.
