Job Description



  • Support the Employee Relations team in handling a high volume of performance-related cases


  • Assist in conducting investigations, documenting findings, and preparing case files


  • Provide administrative and analytical support on ER processes, including tracking cases and pulling data


  • Participate in HR initiatives and projects focused on improving employee engagement, performance, and compliance


  • Help draft communications and policy updates related to employee relations


  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure consistency in ER processes across the organization

The Successful Applicant



  • 2+ years of experience in employee relations


  • Strong judgment, discretion, and a professional demeanor when handling sensitive information


  • Interest in performance management, workplace culture, and conflict resolution


  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, professional environment


  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; comfort working with case tracking systems or HRIS is a plus
