Job Description

  • Manage employee relations matters and perform investigations
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with company leadership and other employees
  • Assist with performance management related activities
  • Develop relevant employee-related communications materials
  • Develop, design, and implement retention strategies
  • Understand and help facilitate the business strategy
  • Internally partner with the greater HR team

The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ YOE in HR and specifically employee relations
  • Bachelors Degree
  • SPHR/SHRM certification is a plus
  • Experience in the insurance indsutry is a plus
  • High level of professionalism
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
