This individual will manage employee relations matters, conducting investigations, and advising on policy and performance concerns. Job Description



  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues across the organization


  • Conduct thorough and timely investigations into employee complaints, concerns, and conflicts


  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management, conflict resolution, and company policies


  • Document findings, recommendations, and outcomes in a consistent and compliant manner


  • Partner with HR leadership and legal counsel to ensure alignment with internal policies and applicable laws


  • Track employee relations trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve workplace culture and reduce risk


  • Support employee engagement and organizational development initiatives as needed

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred


  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in employee relations or HR with a focus on conflict resolution and performance management


  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices


  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and critical-thinking skills


  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and objectivity in sensitive situations


  • Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required
