We are a strategy consulting firm with a decision science foundation that has more than 40 years of experience advising customers in the life science industry on a variety of themes, such as R&D, marketing, M&A, growth strategies, capacity planning, and portfolio management.

Job Description

In company, industry, and competitor assessment; business and financial modeling; and strategy creation and evaluation, they oversee teams of consultants. The initiatives are designed to assist customers in creating and putting into practice original methods for the important decisions they must make. Individual consulting engagements can be difficult and diverse, like:

  • Provide guidance on price and market access strategy, capacity planning for production, overall product lifecycle planning, and therapeutic strategy.
  • Realign, prioritise, and maximize current companies or portfolios of companies, R&D activities, technology, intellectual property (IP), products, or other assets.
  • Structure internal development, mergers, or acquisitions to enter new company or market sectors.
  • By conducting smart analysis, managing data, and developing tools, you may produce strategic value.
  • Take steps to control risk and uncertainty that will increase shareholder value.
  • Utilize modern technology

The Successful Applicant

  • Excellent leadership, client-relations, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and business abilities
  • They must gain a thorough awareness of decision sciences as well as the numerous tools and procedures used in strategy development for client engagements.
  • They must have at least six years of relevant experience in consulting and/or business, ideally in the life sciences sector, and a PhD, MBA, or master's degree in a relevant discipline (such as decision sciences or the living sciences).
