Job Description

Provide leadership and direction for Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities teams.
Ensure reliability and readiness of manufacturing equipment, tooling, and building systems.
Champion safety and regulatory compliance across all engineering and maintenance activities.
Manage department staffing, performance, budgets, KPIs, and resource planning.
Oversee preventive maintenance programs and CMMS performance.
Lead cross‑functional launch readiness and support new program development, including capital planning, tooling, equipment installation, and validation.
Manage engineering changes for existing and new programs, ensuring alignment on cost, timing, and execution.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, uptime, cost, and quality.
Ensure accurate documentation and effective communication across teams.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
5+ years of engineering or maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial automation, and facility systems.
Experience with CMMS, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability programs.
Working knowledge of quality and launch methodologies (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA).
Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and collaborate cross‑functionally.
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
