Job Description

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Develop and implement engineering processes and best practices to drive continuous improvement and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with customers and suppliers to understand requirements and develop innovative solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex engineering issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in manufacturing processes and materials.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams.
  • Experience in the aerospace or defense industry preferred.
