Job Description

The Engineering Manager will report directly into the Business Manager and be responsible for:

Lead and mentor a team of engineers.
Oversee product development from concept to production, ensuring adherence to industry standards and customer requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and sales, to optimize product designs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance, efficiency, and reliability.
Engage with key customers worldwide to address technical inquires and provide product demonstrations.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive advancements.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related discipline (Masters is a plus)
10+ years of related experience preferably in motion control product development.
Strong background in electromechanical systems, signal processing, and sensor technology.
Proficiency in CAD software, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
