Job Description
- Be a Leader for a team of engineers
- Prepare for shipping early and often as new app versions are released weekly.
- Promote responsible engineering practices
- Work with leadership peers to refine and improve the innovative culture
- Contribute to the design and implementation of critical features
- Help engineers gain technical breadth and depth, improve judgment, and develop tomorrow's leaders

The Successful Applicant
- Prior experience in people management
- Several years of software development experience
- Comfort working and leading in a Lean and Agile Environment
- Hands-on experience developing native applications on iOS and/or Android
- Excellent communication skills
- History of successful product delivery
