Engineering Team Leader - Barrington, NH

Responsibilities for the Engineering Team Leader include:

• Lead and mentor a team of sustaining engineers and technical staff.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for product issues.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure reliability.
• Manage engineering change processes and documentation.
• Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting mechanical systems.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and component lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
