Enterprise Security Architecture Manager

Key responsibilities:

• 
  
  Develop and Deliver Strategy: Create, implement, and continuously enhance the enterprise security architecture strategy to ensure alignment with business goals, risk appetite, and regulatory obligations.
• 
  
  Define and Enforce Standards: Establish, maintain, and ensure consistent application of security architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices across cloud, infrastructure, and application environments.
• 
  
  Drive Security Integration: Champion and embed security by design into all technology solutions and projects by collaborating closely with senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• 
  
  Lead and Manage Team: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of security architects, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the team has the skills and resources to deliver secure solutions.
• 
  
  Assess and Improve Practices: Run regular capability assessments, monitor emerging threats and technologies, and drive continuous improvement of security architecture to mitigate risk and maintain compliance.
