Job Description
- Manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates, both existing and new
- Identify and develop candidate and client/business relationships in a competitive environment
- Search, source, and screen candidates for various job requisitions
- Conduct candidate interviews and manage the process from initial interview stages through offer stage and close of the sale
- Responsible for new business development and lead generation
- Negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates
- Work independently as well as on a team

The Successful Applicant
- At least 1+ years of experience in sales, full desk recruiting, or related field
- Ability to negotiate with clients
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal team as well as clients and candidates
- Excellent organizational skills
- Motivated by career growth, professional development, and financial gains
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to actively listen and consult with both candidates and prospective clients
- Positive, go-getter attitude
