Driven by a commitment to quality and tailored engineering solutions, they serve markets requiring reliable, high-performance materials for complex applications.Job DescriptionThe EHS Manufacturing Specialist will: Develop compliance programs for safety areas such as Lockout/Tagout, Hazard Communication, Respiratory Protection, Confined Space Entry, Emergency Action, Fire Prevention, Exposure Control, Waste Minimization, Waste Management, and Contingency Planning.Support health and safety audits/inspections, providing recommendations for corrective actions.Assist with the development of H&S management systems, including drafting standard operating procedures, guidance documents, and training programs.Manage hazardous waste processes, including waste characterization, satellite area inspections, training, and agency correspondence.Design and lead training programs on topics such as Hazard Communication, Lockout/Tagout, Bloodborne Pathogens, Biosafety, Fall Protection, Ladder Safety, Hazardous Waste Management, Respiratory Protection, RCRA/DOT, and HAZWOPER.Support industrial hygiene projects, including tasks like personal air sampling, indoor air quality assessments, surface wipe sampling, and qualitative evaluations.Conduct job safety analyses and incident investigations.Onsite at our Goffstown, NH facilityMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
