Equities Trade Support Consultant

• Provide direct support to traders and key business units, ensuring smooth execution of equities transactions.
• Monitor and maintain trading system performance, identifying and resolving technical issues in real time.
• Investigate trade discrepancies, compliance concerns, and regulatory inquiries to ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement system improvements and workflow enhancements.
• Document business requirements from traders and assist in prioritizing system upgrades and automation initiatives.
• Maintain support procedures, update knowledge bases, and contribute to process improvements for operational efficiency.
