Description

  • Assist with monthly accounting entries for compensation, including payroll, equity compensation expense, and balance sheet activity for equity transactions
  • Interact with Finance team to coordinate compensation accounting entries
  • Assist with earnings-per-share preparation including review of financial statement disclosure
  • Provide support to external and internal auditors
  • Responsibility for equity administration tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions
  • Close coordination with HR to ensure all details necessary for accounting are captured
  • Work with other members of Finance, including Payroll, Financial Reporting, Corporate Accounting and Tax to ensure completeness and accuracy of transactions
  • Participate in process improvement projects
  • Ad hoc requests, as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience
  • CPA preferred
  • Experience researching GAAP guidance to resolve accounting questions
  • Controls mindset
  • NetSuite experience is a plus
  • Strong proficiency using MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professionalism and ability to work with highly confidential data
