Equity Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for daily equity settlement, clearance and account reconciliation function
• Interaction with Front Office, institutional clients and internal operational departments to ensure trade processing/settlement
• Ensure new institutional accounts are onboarded accurately and on a timely manner
• Gather account documentation according to rules and regulations
• Assist in testing and implementing proprietary settlement and clearance systems
• Assist in developing any necessary internal control procedures for new products and business initiatives
• Handle various ad-hoc requests
• Knowledge of settlement process in HK and US markets
• Good understanding of the settlement of other markets or products would be a plus
