Job Description

Evaluate and structure customized financing alternatives for private equity and corporate clients
Play an integral role on deal teams from the initial pitch through closing
Develop general corporate finance and valuation skills relevant to raising capital
Build detailed understanding of key developments in the debt and equity capital markets
Interact with a broad range of businesses across different industries

The Successful Applicant

Five years of relevant work experience in similar roles within investment banking / private equity / corporate roles (credit underwriting, debt structuring and syndication, lending, or M&A)
Undergraduate degree
MBA from a strong academic institution
Proven accounting, finance, financial modeling, and analytical abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff
