Job Description

Estimator - Civil and Self Perform Projects - $140k - Responsibilities



  • Support the estimating team in bidding on 5-10 projects per month


  • Assist with takeoffs, pricing, scope reviews, and subcontractor coordination


  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate and competitive bids


  • Contribute to active projects as needed from a cost and scope standpoint

The Successful Applicant

Estimator - Civil and Self Perform Projects - $140k - Will have



  • 2-7 years of estimating experience (open to training motivated early-career candidates)


  • Experience with Bluebeam


  • Wastewater or self-perform background is a strong plus


  • Must be commutable to Halifax, MA (this is an on-site role)



What's on Offer

Estimator - Civil and Self Perform Projects - $140k - Will receive



  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $140,000


  • Bonus Eligible


  • Health/Dental/Vision: 75% of premiums + 100% of deductible covered


  • PTO: 15 days (increases to 20 after 5 years)


  • 401(k): 5% total company contribution (2% base + 3% safe harbor match)
