This client is a high-growth, vertically integrated General Contractor and Development company with a strong reputation in the industry and a diverse commercial project portfolio. They focus on both ground up and tenant improvement (TI) projects, with an established pipeline and great aspiration for growth. They have over 50 years of combined experience, but looking for ambitious individuals to come in and make an immediate impact. Looking to double annual revenue in next 2 years. Position based in Redmond.
Job Description
Estimator responsibilities include:
- Position based in Redmond.
- Estimate multiple commercial tenant improvement (TI) construction projects.
Collect, summarize and analyze cost/financial data by reviewing historical data, for use in developing cost estimates.- Assist with review of proposal specifications, drawings, and determining the scope of work.
- Support estimating/production team by calculating takeoffs for labor and material.
- Works with sales and production team to conduct internal project kick-off meetings.
- Research and recommend vendors and subcontractors, when necessary.
- Assist with other pre-construction items as needed.
- Assist with other aspects of construction as needed.

The Successful Applicant
Ideal Estimator profile:
- Experience estimating multiple commercial tenant improvement (TI) construction projects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in Office365, Bluebeam.
- Position based in Redmond.
