• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to define project scope and requirements.
• Analyze project documents, blueprints, and specifications to determine costs.
• Identify and evaluate potential cost-saving measures and risk factors.
• Maintain and update records of historical cost data for future reference.
• Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Provide support during the tendering process, including bid preparation and submission.
• Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure alignment with approved estimates.
