Estimator - Construction

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine costs.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate estimates.
• Identify and evaluate potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Track and manage project costs throughout the construction process.
• Provide accurate and timely reports on cost performance and variances.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and pricing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
