They offer an unmatched company culture that provides the opportunity to quickly progress your career.Job DescriptionAs the Estimator you will:Be responsible for reviewing and understanding all aspects of construction documents for Corporate Interiors, Lab/Life Science, and/or Restaurant/Retail marketsAct as a liaison between client and subcontractors to ensure accurate estimates and budgets are providedPerform takeoffs and develop conceptual budgets utilizing past dataDevelop, communicate, and understand the company's pricing strategyCultivate and maintain relationships with potential/ current clients and subcontractorsUtilize Construction scheduling software to detail milestones in the pre-construction scheduleObtain the best pricing for materials and bids from subcontractsDevelop and maintain resource information on products, vendors, subcontracts, etcMaintain the Estimating Coordinator to publish RFPs to subcontractorServe as a mentor to Estimating Coordinator(s)MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
