This group offers excellent flexibility (option to be hybrid), a fun & collaborative team environment, and competitive base salaries with great benefits through the carpenter's union.Job DescriptionEstimate from both concept designs and complete designsAssist design team with budgetary pricing at various stages in design developmentCompletion of all aspects of project bidding including plan and specification takeoff, vendor contact and tracking, bid form completion, pricing, bid review and submissionScope and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers for accuracy and completenessAssist with the development, updating and implementation of an estimating database with assembliesAssist or lead the process of implementation of estimating program software systemMaintain a cost history data baseReview estimates with design team and/or construction teamInteract with clients and design team as needed to evaluate conceptual and detailed estimatesAssist Project Manager with project budget set up once projects are awardedApply now and your resume will be reviewed within 24 hours.
