Apply today using the link provided and your resume will be considered within 24 hours.Job DescriptionReporting directly into the VP, the main duties and responsibilities of the Estimator will include the following:Estimate from both concept designs and complete designsAssist design team with budgetary pricing at various stages in design developmentCompletion of all aspects of project bidding including plan and specification takeoff, vendor contact and tracking, bid form completion, pricing, bid review and submissionScope and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers for accuracy and completenessAssist with the development, updating and implementation of an estimating database with assembliesAssist or lead the process of implementation of estimating program software systemMaintain a cost history data baseReview estimates with design team and/or construction teamInteract with clients and design team as needed to evaluate conceptual and detailed estimatesAssist Project Manager with project budget set up once projects are awardedMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
