Estimator- Healthcare/Multifamily Construction

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and timelines.
• Analyze project specifications and collaborate with the construction team to determine project scope and requirements.
• Review project designs and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing for materials and services.
• Develop and maintain a database of unit costs and historical data for future reference.
• Assist in preparing bid proposals and ensure all estimates are submitted on time.
• Monitor project budgets and recommend adjustments as needed to meet financial goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and methods to ensure competitive pricing.
