If you are looking for a terrific GC that is still growing, with amazing culture and an excellent work-life balance, this Construction Estimator opportunity could be for you.Job DescriptionThe Estimator - Commercial Construction will:Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirementsPrepare work to be estimated by gather proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documentsResolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing informationPresent prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive informationPrepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trendsPerform conceptual, schematic, and design development budgetsReview plans for consistency and accuracyManage all levels of take-offs while applying unit pricesCollaborate with others on the preconstruction team to successfully bid jobsDevelop into a leader within the estimating teamMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
