Estimator - Luxury Residential Construction

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on plans and specifications.
• Analyze project requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers for accurate pricing.
• Review and evaluate bids to ensure alignment with project goals and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and adjust cost estimates as needed.
