Estimator - Mixed Commercial

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for mixed commercial construction projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to understand scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure cost accuracy.
• Source and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing for materials and services.
• Monitor market trends and adjust estimates to reflect current pricing conditions.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed.
• Maintain organized records of all estimates, budgets, and proposals.
• Support the team in achieving project cost objectives and deadlines.
