Job Description

  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for mixed commercial construction projects.
  • Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documents to determine scope and requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Track and manage project budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Provide input on value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and records of all estimates and project data.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to ensure competitive estimates.
