They are looking to add an Estimator to their team to aid in their growing pipeline. They bid on projects weekly and have done about $50M in revenue this year and have a project pipeline and back log of $60M for 2024. This is an opportunity to work for a business that has been around over 125 years with the ability to work from home a few days a week in Western, MA.Job DescriptionThe Estimator - Western MA will be responsible for:Accurately assessing and estimating the costs associated with Public/Private Construction projects over $10MEnsuring the projects are efficiently planned and executedCollaborate closely with Project Management team and other key stakeholdersAnalyze project requirements, interpret blueprints, and produce comprehensive estimates that align with client expectations and industry standardsAnalyze project specifications and blueprints to determine project requirements and scopeConduct thorough cost analysis for materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factorsCollaborate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing and quotesPrepare detailed and accurate estimatesParticipate in pre-bid meetingsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
