Job Description
* Join Account Executives for initial project reviews with architects and prospective clients
* Work with sales, production, and finance team during bid process
* Plan management and document organization
* Perform takeoffs
* Schedule and coordinate with trade partners for site visits
* Create bid lists and proposals that fit scope of job, ensuring the correct subs are selected for the type of project

The Successful Applicant
- Experience in Residential Construction
- Procore and Bluebeam experience preffered
- Strong self starter
- Ability to travel to job sites in the greater Boston area
