Estimator

• Reviewing data to determine material and labor requirements.
• Preparing, analyzing, and maintaining cost reports.
• Working closely with architects and engineers to develop clear understanding of project scope during preparation of the estimate.
• Identifying and quantifying potential cost uncertainties to ensure costing models capture the full range of potential costs.
• Updating and maintaining company's database of costs (labor, materials, equipment, etc.).
• Interacting with clients to discuss cost estimates and resolve cost-related issues.
• Managing bid pricing from all vendors and ensuring timely completion of estimates.
• Conducting site visits and gathering all necessary data for accurate estimation.
